Turn a custody concern into a clear timeline.
Specific observations can help you and your attorney understand what happened during parenting time. Eagle Stone Universal Investigations documents observable activity with discreet surveillance, photographs, video and reports when available.

Look beyond a single frame
The sequence matters.
A photograph may show a drink in a subject’s hand and a child nearby. It does not, by itself, establish how much was consumed, who was supervising, how long the visit lasted or what happened afterward.
A focused assignment starts with a specific question and records what can actually be observed. The resulting timeline can distinguish a documented event from an assumption.
Questions worth documenting
- When did the subject arrive and leave?
- Who was present during the observation period?
- What activity was visible, and for how long?
- Were there gaps when the subject could not be observed?

Three steps toward useful documentation
Define the concern
Describe a specific event or recurring pattern. Share relevant dates, exchange locations and the schedule you know. Identify which details you personally observed and which were reported to you.
Plan the observation
Discuss the location, timing and realistic scope with the investigator. A narrow question helps focus the assignment. Let us know about schedule changes before the planned observation window.
Review the sequence
Review the report together with available photographs and video. Consider the order of events and any observation gaps. Share your questions with your attorney rather than drawing conclusions from a caption alone.
What to bring to your consultation
You do not need a polished case file. A short, organized summary is a useful starting point:
- The question: what specific activity are you trying to understand?
- The schedule: relevant dates, times and any known changes.
- The locations: the correct address and meeting point, not just the city.
- Your existing notes: separate firsthand observations from information you have not verified.
- Your priorities: the most important observation window and any attorney-requested factual questions.
